What you will do
- Leverage digital engagement channels and toolsets to scale personalized customer interactions.
- Orchestrate end-to-end customer experiences, guiding customers to self-service resources while engaging directly for critical milestones.
- Engage with customers to drive adoption, retention, and growth through repeatable motions.
- Identify opportunities for pipeline expansion, including professional services and education.
- Partner with internal experts (Sales, Product, Renewals) to coordinate resolution and value paths.
- Take ownership of digital customer engagement, ensuring inquiries and motions are resolved quickly and with quality.
Requirements
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with systems/tools including hirify.global Cloud, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
- Ability to work independently while orchestrating cross-functional efforts.
- Experience in a B2B environment involving partners and partner-led customer relationships.
- Cloud SaaS product knowledge and AI literacy.
- University Degree in technology or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
