Location: Manila, Philippines (Flexible)

What you will do

  • Leverage digital engagement channels and toolsets to scale personalized customer interactions.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end customer experiences, guiding customers to self-service resources while engaging directly for critical milestones.
  • Engage with customers to drive adoption, retention, and growth through repeatable motions.
  • Identify opportunities for pipeline expansion, including professional services and education.
  • Partner with internal experts (Sales, Product, Renewals) to coordinate resolution and value paths.
  • Take ownership of digital customer engagement, ensuring inquiries and motions are resolved quickly and with quality.

Requirements

  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with systems/tools including hirify.global Cloud, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
  • Ability to work independently while orchestrating cross-functional efforts.
  • Experience in a B2B environment involving partners and partner-led customer relationships.
  • Cloud SaaS product knowledge and AI literacy.
  • University Degree in technology or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
