Location: Manila, Philippines. This role requires a hybrid setup: 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and you must be available for a night shift schedule covering the North America territory.

• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in a hybrid environment.

• Identify customer requirements, resolve issues, and advocate for an optimal customer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a quota-carrying role.
• 2+ years’ experience in a technical sales role.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
• Outstanding communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and customer service focus.
• Ability to develop product understanding and identify up-sale opportunities.
• Must be available for night shift schedule.
• Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
