What you will do

• Manage high volume of subscription conversions and renewals via calls and emails
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and addressing concerns
• Present renewal quotes and create customized pricing proposals
• Drive 3-year paid annual contracts as default
• Track and manage renewal pipeline to close opportunities before expiration
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams for smooth renewals

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese
• Must be available for North America shift schedule
• Hybrid work setup: 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using CRM tools to track customer interactions
• Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience in subscription renewals, customer success, inside sales, or account management
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Outreach CRM platforms
• Experience with subscription-based or recurring revenue models
