What you will do
- Connect with existing customers via phone.
- Influence qualified decision-makers to set appointments for the customer success team.
- Manage the sales pipeline across multiple channels (phone and email).
- Track progress diligently in CRM.
- Meet daily/weekly quotas and KPIs for outbound calls, emails, contact rate, and meetings scheduled.
Requirements
- Previous B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development experience.
- BPO or contact center experience with quota achievement.
- Professional phone and email communication skills for B2B decision-makers.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and business development processes.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
- Ability to work with daily/weekly quotas and KPI targets.
