What you will do

• Engage with existing customers via phone to set appointments for the customer success team.
• Manage sales pipelines, tracking progress in CRM across multiple channels (phone and email).
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound calls, emails, contact rates, and scheduled meetings.

Requirements

• Previous B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development experience.
• Experience in a BPO or contact center environment with quota achievement.
• Professional phone and email communication skills for B2B decision-makers.
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles and business development processes.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot for lead tracking.
• Ability to work with daily/weekly quotas and KPI targets.
