What you will do

• Design, establish, or transform enterprise PMO structures and governance frameworks.
• Oversee portfolio planning, resource allocation, and implement enterprise reporting.
• Establish enterprise risk management practices and ensure compliance.
• Advise C-level executives on portfolio performance and facilitate strategic planning.
• Define competency frameworks, lead maturity assessments, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program/portfolio management.
• 5+ years in PMO leadership or consulting roles at enterprise level.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale transformation programs.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience establishing PMOs from inception or leading PMO transformation programs.
• Experience in government, infrastructure, digital transformation, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools (MS Project Online, Power BI, Clarity, Jira Align).
