What you will do

• Drive end-to-end planning and delivery of complex, multi-departmental projects aligned with strategic priorities.
• Manage critical path dependencies and proactively identify bottlenecks to protect timelines.
• Design and implement internal workflows to optimize cross-departmental collaboration and efficiency.
• Identify and integrate AI tools and workflow automations to reduce administrative overhead.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Govern project scope and deliver concise, actionable updates to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience in fast-paced SaaS or technology environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Notion or Monday.com.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Notion AI) to automate routine tasks.
• Exposure to M&A integration or organizational change management projects.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in the hospitality technology industry or B2B SaaS environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, MSP, or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflow automations in an operations context.
