TL;DR

Deal Desk Professional (SaaS, AI, Fintech): Accelerating policy-aligned deal execution and serving as a trusted advisor to Sales and stakeholders with an accent on resolving complex pricing and deal-structure questions. Focus on continuously improving processes to help deals close faster and cleaner while protecting commercial guardrails and future ARR.

Location: Remote position associated with Pune, India. The role requires working hours of 11:00pm–7:00am IST (non-negotiable) to support US Pacific Coast business hours (9:30am–5:30pm PT).

What you will do

  • Own the Deal Desk process end-to-end, covering request intake, pricing support, approvals, and contract creation.
  • Modify and manage quotes and order forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with booking policies.
  • Lead the day-to-day deal approval process in Salesforce, tracking requests and routing approvals to unblock deals.
  • Manage deal exceptions and escalations, coordinating rapid internal alignment on non-standard requests.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Professional Services to ensure smooth deal execution and internal alignment.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop deal strategies, structure commercial terms, and accelerate close velocity.

Requirements

  • 12–18 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or Sales, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Proven experience in a B2B SaaS Deal Desk or Revenue Operations environment, including quote and order management.
  • Required Salesforce experience, specifically managing request intake and tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively under deadline pressure.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement mindset to identify and recommend process enhancements.
