What you will do

• Collaborate with business representatives to identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.
• Define, prioritize, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Configure Salesforce declaratively, including flows, validation rules, sharing rules, and page layouts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and project manager, ensuring on-time project delivery.
• Utilize APEX Data Loader and/or Import Wizard for data transfer and cleansing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as scrum and sprint planning.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of advanced experience with the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Salesforce.com Certified Platform Administrator is required.
• Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe Lean enterprise concepts.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, flows, Lightning, Clouds, and Communities.
• Advanced analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
