What you will do
- Master Salesforce CRM & CPQ system processes to assist sales representatives with inquiries.
- Support Sales with subscription data, quotes, Order Forms, and closing opportunities.
- Assist Sales with correct SKU selection and quote updates in line with business guidance.
- Work cross-functionally with Business Systems, Finance, Product, and Deal Desk teams.
- Respond to Sales inquiries in a timely manner and act as a Subject Matter Expert in Salesforce and Deal processes.
- Identify ways to automate and optimize deal processes and business methods.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Channel Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales.
- Experience with direct SaaS sales ecosystems and sales quoting.
- Experience in a high volume / multi-transactional environment.
- Experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools.
- Self-starter who is willing and excited to learn and possesses strong attention to detail.
