TL;DR
Principal/Lead Solution Engineer (AI, Marketing): Designing and shaping AI-driven Marketing and Data solutions for nonprofit organizations with an accent on digital engagement, personalisation, and data harmonisation. Focus on achieving technical wins, articulating value through storytelling, and driving innovation with AI tools.
Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom, specifically London.

What you will do
- Lead client discovery and workshop sessions to design solution blueprints.
- Proactively research and develop Points of View for customer and sector challenges.
- Deliver compelling customer presentations and demonstrations on the platform for Marketing and Data 360.
- Partner with sales teams, product management, and industry specialists to plan and deliver campaigns.
- Innovate with AI-driven tools to develop new ways of working and reusable accelerators.
- Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and primary contacts at key accounts.
Requirements
- Experience within a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Implementation role.
- B2B or B2C Marketing experience, especially with Marketing and Engagement solutions.
- Expertise in Customer Data Platforms and AI, particularly with .
- Autonomous self-starter able to learn, lead, and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Persuasive verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Passionate about storytelling to bring customer engagements to life.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Technical knowledge of the platform.
- Technical expertise in Marketing Automation tools, CRM systems, or Customer Data Platforms.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, RedShift).
- Knowledge of AI: Data Engineering, machine learning, Vector Databases & RAG, Agentic AI and Agents.
- Experience in post-sales implementations or fast-paced sales environments.
- Additional languages would be useful.
