Location: Onsite in Munich, Germany. Regular customer meetings, face-to-face and in-country are required.

What you will do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from acquisition to signing deals with Enterprise customers and prospects in the German region.
- Utilize solution selling expertise to identify business potential and build strategic, long-term partnerships with customers.
- Contribute to hirify.global growth by positioning solutions through value-based selling, business case definition, and ROI analysis.
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling hirify.global solutions into assigned enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).
Requirements
- 2 years experience in quota-carrying sales required.
- Experience in managing and closing complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management.
- Self-driven, curious, humble, and coachable.
- Business and sales acumen.
- Proficiency in German and English required.
Nice to have
- Successful history of net direct new business sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales quota, preferably with SaaS solutions.
- Experience selling to diverse buying centers of Enterprise customers (Sales, Service, Marketing, IT, Procurement).
- CRM application sales, SaaS solutions sales, or industry sector experience.
