Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, focusing on the DACH region

What you will do

  • Drive net-new business acquisition across the DACH mid-market segment while identifying expansion opportunities within your existing customer base.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for hirify.global's experience intelligence platform, taking full ownership of your territory and pipeline.
  • Prospect into and build multi-threaded relationships across Marketing, Analytics, Product, Ecommerce, and Tech teams.
  • Lead discovery conversations focused on business impact and ROI, and manage complex negotiations through to close.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to build strategic adoption plans and move deals forward.
  • Drive accurate forecasting, maintain strong CRM hygiene, and proactively manage risks to ensure predictable quarter execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a sales hunter or with relevant SaaS experience.
  • Full English & German language skills required.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Driven, competitive, and passionate about winning.
  • Structured and disciplined, with high accountability for forecast accuracy and pipeline quality.
  • Comfortable navigating complex buying cycles in the DACH region and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
