What you will do

• Lead architectural assessments of customer enterprise environments to produce validated solution designs.
• Translate technical requirements into production-ready solution designs that maximize product capabilities.
• Serve as the senior technical authority in architecture-focused customer engagements.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to articulate product gaps identified during customer engagements.
• Drive best practices for solution architecture, implementation governance, and product boundary management.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in enterprise solution architecture or a related senior technical leadership role.
• Experience working within SaaS, ERP, or enterprise ML/AI product companies in customer-facing architecture contexts.
• Strong ability to define and govern solution boundaries between configurable product use and bespoke customization.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality technical artifacts including architecture diagrams and integration patterns.
• Credible communicator with senior technical stakeholders and the ability to explain architectural decisions to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience with architectural evaluation, design patterns, integration approaches, and enterprise governance frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic solutions, orchestration platforms, or automation technologies.
• Domain experience in pricing, inventory, supply chain, or ERP.
• Familiarity with modeling languages (UML, ArchiMate) and associated tooling.
• Experience advising on product boundaries, avoiding bespoke customization, and promoting scalable architectural patterns.
