TL;DR

Business Development Manager (SaaS): Focused on bringing in new business, by calling key decision-makers using phone, email & social touches. Focus on cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners in order to align our solutions to their needs and business objectives.

Location: Onsite in Vancouver, Canada. To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork all hirify.global employees work from the office four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day each week.

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000

What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner, and document all call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners in order to align our solutions to their needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • You are a true hunter and relationship builder.
  • You can multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • You are naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in English and another language.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
