Corporate Sales Representative (Database): Leading hirify.global sales for North America by managing named accounts and inbound opportunities, focusing on prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing sales with mid-market companies via phone and web conference. Focus on executing defined sales methodology (MEDDPIC) and maintaining CRM hygiene (SFDC), while partnering with marketing, SDR, and solutions architects.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX, 3 days per week. Role restricted to US & Canada.

Salary: $68,000–$85,000 per year in Texas.

What you will do

  • Carry a designated quota for Net New Business revenue.
  • Establish Champions and Advocates over the phone and through web-conference.
  • Identify and nurture leads to generate and close opportunities.
  • Execute defined sales methodology (MEDDPIC) and commit revenue through intellectually honest forecasting.
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene (SFDC).
  • Partner with Marketing, SDR, and Solutions Architects to quarterback sales processes efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience on an Inside Sales team in a closing role.
  • Ability to capture the unique vision of what hirify.global does and inspire executive sales prospects and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A desire to win, playing both tough and fair.
  • Understanding what it means to compete as part of a team.
  • Track record of building, trying, and learning new things.
  • This is a hybrid role out of our Austin, TX office, 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with databases, infrastructure software, or SaaS offerings.
  • Experience working closely with marketing and business development partners in a SaaS startup.
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup.
  • Results-minded with an embrace of technology.
