Location: Remote, office-flexible, or office-based within Canada (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal)

Salary: 87,450–184,550 CAD per year (Ontario and British Columbia specific ranges apply)

What you will do

  • Engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the hirify.global Customer 360 platform.
  • Build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and C-suite decision makers.
  • Develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy aligned to customer business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal hirify.global resources to meet customer business needs and share the value proposition.
  • Drive growth within existing assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Average of 5-10 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in the field.
  • Proven experience in managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, or acquiring new logo accounts (Hunter role).
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to customers.
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team.
  • Work authorization for Canada.
