Salary: $106,250 – $131,250 USD annually

What you will do

• Design and deliver customized CX solutions for enterprise organizations.
• Manage diverse global teams and secure buy-in from C-suite decision-makers.
• Craft tailored proposals using expertise in CX workforce transformation and enterprise CX solutions.
• Lead relationships with CX personas for current customers and identify new growth opportunities.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with C-suite executives and global stakeholders.
• Strategically manage a high-value pipeline with long sales cycles.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of demonstrated success in enterprise sales, with proven ability to close large, complex deals.
• Deep understanding of customer support/customer experience organizations and ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to sell customer support software to technical and business audiences.
• Proven success in delivering CX transformation solutions.
• Experience in managing custom solution sales processes.
• Strategic thinking, organizational skills, and ability to influence at the highest levels.
