TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Audit/Accounting): Cultivating new business opportunities and building rapport with senior executives at potential clients with an accent on strategizing solutions for accounting and finance functions. Focus on outbound communication, prospecting, and converting qualified leads for Account Executives.
Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Illinois. Working in office 3 days per week required. Visa sponsorship is NOT available.
Salary: $70,000 (base), OTE $95,000.

What you will do
- Cultivate new business opportunities and create outreach strategies to build rapport with senior level executives at potential clients.
- Develop and maintain an effective level of understanding of client barriers while strategizing and identifying solutions for hirify.global.
- Utilize all available means to create robust and effective prospecting lists.
- Build effective outbound communication strategies for sales prospecting, including phone, email, and social media.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity targets for conversations, scheduling introductory qualifying calls, and converting qualified prospects to scheduled demos.
- Track progress and document activities in Salesforce automation systems.
- Effectively work cross-functionally with stakeholders, including Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Management.

- Past Audit/Accounting experience is REQUIRED.
