TL;DR

Account Executive, Corporate (Sales): Cultivating relationships with executives in the mid-market space to close new business deals with an accent on driving the full sales cycle and achieving revenue quotas. Focus on networking, understanding client needs, and coordinating post-sale handoffs within the accounting transformation platform domain.

Location: Must be located in the North East for this position. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Salary: $90,000–$125,000.

What you will do

  • Cultivate relationships with executives to close new business deals in the mid-market.
  • Drive the sales cycle, including product demos, negotiations, and contract processes, to meet or exceed revenue quota.
  • Network with potential clients to create and maintain a robust new business pipeline.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of the competitive landscape, product value, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate post-sale launch calls to ensure a smooth handoff from pre to post sales for new clients.
  • Collaborate with the BDR team, cross-functional teams, and strategic external partners.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales closing role within a SaaS environment.
  • Previous experience in accounting/audit/or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling SaaS into the office of the CFO.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10%) in past positions.
  • Proficient with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
