What you will do
- Gain a broad understanding of the hirify.global platform to effectively position its value proposition.
- Manage and own the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities, leveraging the Business Development team and outbound territory development.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory by effectively managing multiple simultaneous sales cycles.
- Work successfully in a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Enterprise Sales for CPM/EPM, ERP, BI or Saas software solutions.
- Technical aptitude to learn the hirify.global platform and explain complex solutions.
- Knowledge of Accounting and/or financial concepts.
- Familiarity with Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting processes, Business Analytics, Data Visualization, Data Management, and Financial Reporting.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed a sales quota.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com.
