What you will do
- Own end-to-end interview coordination and candidate communications, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain ATS (Greenhouse, GoodTime) accuracy, including interview plans and hiring teams.
- Coordinate background checks and manage offer-stage workflows through onboarding handoff.
- Maintain clean recruiting documentation and data integrity to support reporting and audits.
- Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements, recommending solutions.
- Support recruiting programs and cross-functional initiatives for efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations.
- Experience with Greenhouse and Goodtime.
- Ideally based in the United States (Central or Eastern time zone preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like Gem, Notion, Airtable, or similar systems.
