What you will do

• Own end-to-end interview coordination and candidate communications, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain ATS (Greenhouse, GoodTime) accuracy, including interview plans and hiring teams.
• Coordinate background checks and manage offer-stage workflows through onboarding handoff.
• Maintain clean recruiting documentation and data integrity to support reporting and audits.
• Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements, recommending solutions.
• Support recruiting programs and cross-functional initiatives for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations.
• Experience with Greenhouse and Goodtime.
• Ideally based in the United States (Central or Eastern time zone preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like Gem, Notion, Airtable, or similar systems.
