What you will do
- Directly manage and nurture an established partnership to drive partner success and hirify.global adoption.
- Evaluate strategic and economic impact of potential opportunities and prioritize efforts.
- Run all aspects of deal execution, including structuring, negotiating, and legal contracting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like marketing, sales, and product.
- Build and maintain key relationships with C-level executives.
- Contribute to shaping the platform partnership strategy and building repeatable processes.
Requirements
- Consistent track record of exceeding lead generation and sales objectives.
- 2+ years of partner sales experience (preferred).
- 5+ years on the service side of the automotive industry (preferred).
- Analytical ability to drive strong commercial outcomes.
- Ability and flexibility to travel frequently.
- Previous SaaS experience (preferred).
- English: B2 required.
- Work authorization for the US required.
