What you will do
- Own delivery of platform innovation and scalability programs across Salesforce, integration services, and third-party applications.
- Bring thought leadership and practical expertise to ensure AI-driven experiences are scalable and customer-centric.
- Drive technical execution across teams, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Architecture to define program scope, system interfaces, and service-level objectives.
- Lead program domain planning and governance, ensuring appropriate prioritization and resource allocation.
- Facilitate agile delivery, using Jira and other tools for transparency and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience as a platform-oriented Technical Program Manager with a background in service management, systems integration, and AI-driven ecosystems.
- Skilled at navigating complex technical ecosystems, especially CRM platforms like Salesforce and their integration with internal and external systems.
- Proficient in agile methodologies, Jira, and program governance frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading multi-squad or multi-service technical programs, including requirements definition, planning, and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to work with engineers and architects on technical topics such as system design, API contracts, and data modeling.
Nice to have
- 5+ years experience driving large-scale, multi-team platform or infrastructure programs with significant technical complexity.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, including integrations and customizations (Salesforce certifications a plus).
- Background partnering with engineering teams to refine system design, service-oriented architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
