What you will do
- Lead annual Development planning, including setting priorities, OKRs, and projections.
- Oversee pipeline-building strategy to ensure sustainable fundraising growth.
- Set operational strategy for development systems, processes, and tools that enable effective cross-team collaboration.
- Advance data usage in decision-making through defining priority metrics, strengthening data hygiene, and improving reporting and dashboards.
- Oversee Salesforce optimization, prioritization, protocols, training, and adoption in partnership with the Technology Platforms team.
- Develop and manage the Development team budget in close partnership with Finance, People, and Operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of operations, systems, or campaign management experience within a nonprofit or philanthropy environment.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.
- Strong project management experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Experience managing and developing staff, including remote teams.
- Deep expertise in fundraising operations and systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience leading annual planning processes, budgeting, and executive/impact reporting.
