Salary: $205,064.00–$276,837.00 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a global team of Senior Regional Marketing Managers across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Set the vision and operating model for global regional and performance marketing.
  • Translate global go-to-market strategy into regional execution to fuel predictable, scalable pipeline growth.
  • Own the global integrated campaign strategy, from concept through execution, optimization, and scale.
  • Define how field, ABM, demand, and performance marketing programs work together to drive pipeline creation.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to shape campaign narratives around data intelligence, governance, AI-readiness, and AI agents.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading global or regional teams.
  • Proven success leading field, demand generation, and ABM programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of marketing in enterprise SaaS, preferably within data, analytics, or AI domains.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams across regions.
  • Data-driven mindset—comfortable using Salesforce, Marketo, and attribution tools to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
