Salary: USD $202,400 – $303,600 per year (New York City metropolitan area)

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product marketing team.
- Prioritize and synthesize customer inputs and market intelligence to define strategies and enhance customer experience.
- Push for the creation of differentiated value propositions and ensure consistent messaging to customers.
- Strategically define impactful product releases and lead Go-to-Market execution.
- Act as an internal and external thought leader, representing customer voice and articulating product vision.
- Mobilize teams for AI solutions experimentation and learning.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of people management experience.
- Must live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S.
Nice to have
- Master’s Degree and 12+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 15+ years experience, or equivalent.
- 8+ years people management experience.
- Deep experience with Shopping solutions and Commerce verticals/businesses.
- Experience in leading market through platform shifts and nascent product market fit building.
- Ability to consider different business models and lead strategic discussions for monetization opportunities.
- 6+ years of experience working in the tech or ad tech industry.
