What you will do
- Build and scale the end-to-end customer reference strategy for Weights & Biases products.
- Recruit, manage, and nurture customer advocates across various industries, use cases, and personas.
- Track and report the impact of customer references on pipeline, win rates, and deal velocity.
- Support revenue and go-to-market teams by providing timely customer references for active deals.
- Create high-impact customer proof by enabling customer participation in webinars, events, and analyst briefings.
- Support review and ratings programs (e.g., G2, Gartner Peer Insights).
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building and managing customer references or Product Marketing Manager (PMM) experience.
- Strong analytical skills to report on the success of customer reference programs.
- Self-driven and proactive in identifying process improvements and collaborating with team members.
- Passion for measuring the impact of your work on market awareness, thought leadership, and demand.
- Ability to build relationships with customer champions, executives, and innovation leaders.
- Excellent storytelling skills to translate technical wins into inspiring narratives about the benefits of AI.
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain required export authorization due to U.S. Government export regulations.
