What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of clients, building and nurturing trusted, high-impact relationships.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of DCO campaigns end-to-end.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities and areas for process refinement within existing accounts.
- Own the commercial and financial aspects of accounts, including SOW, PO management, and financial forecasting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering professional growth.
- Analyze campaign performance data at a strategic level and provide forward-thinking insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Must work from the New York office a minimum of 3 days a week.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or similar client-facing roles within digital media, creative, technology, or advertising.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of total industry experience demonstrating consistent progression.
- Hands-on experience with Digital Creative Optimization (DCO) campaigns or deep grounding in the digital creative space.
- Demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members.
- Capacity to quickly establish trust, rapport, and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data, use pivot tables, and translate insights into actionable strategy.
Nice to have
- Automotive digital advertising experience or familiarity with automotive verticals.
- Familiarity with industry tools such as DoubleClick Studio, Google Campaign Manager, Photoshop, Innovid, or Flashtalking.
