What you will do
- Own retention and net revenue expansion targets for US East and EMEA.
- Coach and develop Account Managers in identifying expansion opportunities and growth strategies.
- Implement account planning and customer engagement frameworks for high-value outcomes.
- Build operational excellence with disciplined forecasting and pipeline management.
- Oversee customer health, assess renewal risk, and proactively address needs.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure frictionless customer experience and integrate insights into GTM strategies.
- Maintain active involvement in accounts, leading QBRs, negotiating, and attending customer meetings in person and virtually.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
- 3+ years leading high-performing teams, with ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.
- Experience selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
- Strong command of consultative and value-based selling (MEDDICC, Challenger Sale).
- Executive-level communication and influencing skills with C-suite leaders.
- Success in high-growth, agile environments with a bias for action and measurable results.
- Background in data analytics, data governance, cloud platforms, or related domains.
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari).
