What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand client portfolio, unlock new verticals, and drive net new revenue growth.
  • Build and manage a robust sales funnel using CRM tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams for client activation.
  • Engage clients consultatively, understanding their needs, proposing tailored solutions, and building trusted executive relationships.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events, contribute to thought leadership, and monitor media trends to inform strategy.
  • Provide strategic market insights to influence product development and identify competitive weaknesses.
  • Take ownership of outcomes, fostering a positive team environment through persistence, grit, and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in digital advertising sales with a strategic and consultative approach and a proven track record of new business revenue generation.
  • Experience within the mobile and programmatic advertising space, including industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to articulate value propositions.
  • Ability to foster cross-functional partnerships and build long-term client relationships.
  • Must be a United States Resident.
