What you will do

  • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by managing the post-sale lifecycle, driving renewals, expansions, and churn mitigation.
  • Identify and activate growth opportunities, prospecting into new subsidiaries, use cases, and additional SKUs.
  • Target high-potential accounts, developing long-term growth plans.
  • Build and maintain multi-layer customer relationships from daily users to senior decision-makers.
  • Lead complex renewal and upsell negotiations, balancing commercial outcomes with customer success.
  • Partner with Customer Engineering to ensure adoption milestones and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experienced in SaaS Account Management, Commercial Customer Success, or Renewal Management with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Skilled in consultative sales, prospecting, and negotiation, balancing commercial focus and customer advocacy.
  • Capable of developing and executing account expansion strategies, including stakeholder mapping.
  • Confident in competitive sales cycles, articulating differentiation and handling objections effectively.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and accountable for forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
  • Excited by innovation, particularly AI-powered communications platforms.
