Location: Hybrid in New York, New York, United States

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 USD per year, plus an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

  • Develop, prioritize, and align strategic objectives and plans for account expansion and increased adoption.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the customer organization and with partners (e.g., ad agency, creative, or data partners).
  • Coordinate high-level execution by setting clear goals, ensuring global alignment, and knowledge transfer.
  • Create feedback and critical issue channels to ensure steady progress.
  • Ensure product roadmap alignment and product team interaction with customers.
  • Own revenue forecasting, target setting, pipeline, and opportunity management in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in ad-tech/mar-tech industries with a proven record of growing strategic accounts.
  • Naturally inclined to lead, organize, and run a key account team.
  • Driven by sales, account expansion, and helping partners achieve business targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage confidently with C-level decision-makers.
  • Strong desire to learn about the product to effectively sell to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and consistently meet sales quotas.
