What you will do
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quota in the specified territory.
- Prospect into key accounts and collaborate with SDR partners to coordinate messaging and strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of assigned accounts and key contacts.
- Approach prospective customers consultatively to develop needs and competitive strategies.
- Assemble and lead cross-functional deal teams to progress and win opportunities.
- Network with partners, customers, and key influencers to generate referrals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full sales cycle, closing experience in a complex sales process, preferably in high technology.
- Proven track record of overachievement in sales.
- Experience in the fleet safety or fleet management industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems to manage contacts and track sales processes.
- Experience with high volume call activity and email engagement platforms.
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time or as business dictates.
