What you will do

  • Proactively prospect and engage new Greenfield accounts using sales tools like Salesloft, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality leads and progress opportunities efficiently.
  • Drive high levels of outreach activity through calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and marketing teams for campaign design and execution.
  • Develop strategic account penetration plans for key Greenfield accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales with proven pipeline generation ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Possess a strong "Hunter Mentality" for sourcing and qualifying new leads.
  • Experience using data-driven sales tools like 6sense, Salesloft, Clari, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage C-level and senior decision-makers.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including BDRs, marketing, and solution consultants.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and related sales methodologies.
  • Experience working with cloud-based or customer experience (CX) solutions.
  • Background in targeting and successfully penetrating large Greenfield accounts.
