What you will do

• Concept, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content for multiple social platforms.
• Develop creative angles that translate venture, startups, and founder stories into engaging content.
• Capture and repurpose content from events, meetings, and ecosystem moments.
• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Track engagement and iterate based on performance.
• Provide support in event coordination and on-site content capture when needed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital media, or social media management.
• Strong experience producing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of platform-specific trends.
• Comfortable filming in dynamic environments (events, panels, networking spaces).
• Portfolio required (please include links to short-form video work).

Nice to have

• AI fluency and comfort using AI tools and understanding the broader AI landscape.
• Experience in venture capital, startups, innovation programs, accelerators, or founder-focused ecosystems.
• Experience coordinating events, webinars, and ecosystem activations.
• Working knowledge of web and social analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
