FP&A Manager

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid schedule with on-site work Tuesday-Thursday at the Westlake/Dallas, TX office, and remote flexibility Monday-Friday.

Salary: $98,800 - $130,000 USD (annual base salary)

What you will do

• Make decisions on group spending to drive company growth.
• Improve budget processes and reporting for board presentations.
• Report on budget to actuals, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning.
• Provide key inputs for hirify.global’s short- and long-term financial model.
• Perform ad hoc modeling to support business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or analytics-related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
• Budget management and reporting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and GSuite.
• Experience with complex model building and a knack for solving problems.
• Experience supporting and interacting with executives.
• Hybrid Work Model: On-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
