- Support the Technology Digital Officers Practice in business development and executive search projects.
- Prepare company overviews and develop target lists.
- Identify potential candidates using online and proprietary tools.
- Determine organizational structures through company outreach.
- Manage and update highly confidential candidate records in the proprietary CRM.
- Participate in designing search and business development strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and eligible to work in New York.
- Undergraduate degree from a well-regarded institution.
- Genuine interest in learning about people, business, and industry characteristics.
- Ability to learn industry fundamentals and understand criteria for success.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Excellent communication skills, especially telephone skills, and professional presence.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and databases (Bloomberg, Factiva, Lexis-Nexis).
