What you will do

• Identify and target prospective merchants that align with hirify.global’s business goals and customer base.
• Acquire and onboard SMEs, developing and maintaining partnerships.
• Pitch and present hirify.global’s payment and financing solutions to merchant decision-makers.
• Handle end-to-end acquisition processes including lead generation, presentation, negotiation, and strategic marketing.
• Negotiate partnership terms and close merchant acquisition deals in line with growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant partnerships, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
