What you will do

  • Build a pipeline of leads by qualifying inbound inquiries and reaching out to high-potential prospects.
  • Conduct effective discovery and qualification conversations through deep understanding of product value proposition.
  • Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects using various channels like email, phone, and social media.
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to coordinate engagement strategies and improve processes.
  • Use frontline knowledge of customer needs to educate the broader team on learnings and opportunities.

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ months of experience in a customer facing role (e.g., retail, customer service, sales) and history of internship(s).
  • Experience with sales tools including Zoominfo, Salesforce, and Outreach.
  • Experience with high-volume requests and excellent time management skills.
  • Business fluency in Arabic (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Comfort working in ambiguous, quickly-changing environments.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
  • Experience with personal and interpersonal skills for effective customer communication.
