What you will do
- Drive market engagement using phone, email, and LinkedIn to reach out to IT and data leaders.
- Share how hirify.global’s Postgres AI platform delivers performance, security, and control.
- Generate qualified opportunities through outreach campaigns.
- Partner with AEs, sales engineers, and marketing to align messaging and optimize GTM strategy.
- Sharpen skills through coaching, enablement, and sales tech tools.
Requirements
- 6 months–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
- A passion for outbound prospecting and a “hunter” mentality.
- High resilience, coachability, and the desire to grow.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay organized.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
