Salary: $179,800–$247,200 annually

What you will do

  • Own NXP’s performance within the assigned account, including design, deployment, and execution of winning account strategies.
  • Identify key decision makers within customer engineering, executive team, and purchasing, establishing relationships.
  • Coordinate extended teams (Business Line, NXP Management, CAS) to execute strategy with speed and quality.
  • Identify, qualify, and close all design-in opportunities and define early engagement models.
  • Create negotiation strategies and facilitate joint business meetings to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Provide and maintain accurate forecasts of opportunities within the customer via NXP’s Opportunity Management System (SFDC).

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering.
  • 10+ years of focused account management experience.
  • Experience managing and growing a global, major account, with a specific focus on data center and robotics markets.
  • Proven track record of fast-paced, high-tech selling in the semiconductor marketplace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Must be based in San Jose, CA.
