Global Account Group Director (EDA/Semiconductor): Driving global sales engagements and market share for hirify.global's EDA, Design Services, HW, and IP portfolios with an accent on defining account strategy, executing plans, and building senior client relationships. Focus on actively managing accounts, winning market share, securing large deals, and becoming a trusted advisor to C-level customers.

Location: Ideally based in the Silicon Valley or San Diego area, but open to Austin location as well.

What you will do

  • Define and execute global account strategies with a technical sales team.
  • Identify partnership areas and drive sales for consistent year-over-year growth.
  • Drive deep collaborations to gain revenue and market share for hirify.global's portfolios.
  • Manage accounts directly, securing large deals and winning market share.
  • Build senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to C-level customers.
  • Negotiate and close complex contracts, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding annual business bookings targets.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration through an assertive, collaborative sales leadership style.
  • Technical confidence in articulating and positioning hirify.global solutions both internally and externally.
  • Experience in selling complex EDA/SDA deals to major strategic accounts in the semiconductor industry.
  • BS, EE preferred or related field with 10+ years of successful, relevant account management experience.
  • Ability to call high-level Executive/Engineering Management to drive complex sales campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of SoC design processes relevant to the customer ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of leading a team in identifying customer pain points and mapping them to solutions.
