Salary: $148,125-222,188 annually

What you will do
- Develop and execute business development strategies for Cymer Lightsource objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and partnership agreements, driving revenue recognition.
- Represent the business line at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Legal authorization to access controlled US technology is required.
