Location: Onsite in San Diego, CA, US. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.

Salary: $148,125-222,188 annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute business development strategies for Cymer Lightsource objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Lead negotiations for contracts and partnership agreements, driving revenue recognition.
• Represent the business line at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and data analysis tools.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Legal authorization to access controlled US technology is required.
