Salary: $144,000.00 - $216,000.00 USD (US excl. PR)
Germany: €106,400.00 - €159,600.00 EUR

What you will do

• Own and manage the Career & Enterprise Development portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, leadership development, and talent priorities.
• Operate within a governance framework to strategically consult, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Business Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Management on Enterprise Learning.
• Define and oversee evaluation frameworks to measure program adoption, promotion, retention, readiness, and business impact.
• Own program budgets, forecast needs, and align spend with strategic and enterprise goals.
• Integrate new AI technologies, modalities, and approaches to enhance leadership development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, Enterprise Learning development, or related field.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering leadership or development programs for enterprise audiences.
• Must be able to work from one of the specified hirify.global locations or remotely from the United States, Dominican Republic, or United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and advising senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams of program managers.
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, or business schools to deliver Enterprise Learning solutions.
• Global perspective and experience designing programs that resonate across cultures and geographies.
