Salary: $159,100 - $196,480

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including success metrics and timelines, in collaboration with product leadership.
• Drive clear communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, facilitating resolution and tradeoff decisions.
• Foster continuous improvement by implementing scalable processes, retrospectives, and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management, product operations, or project management experience within a high-performing tech org.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Coda).
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage detailed requests.
• Proven self-management, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset for prioritizing and decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Revenue orgs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle of Product and Engineering teams and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Experience working in healthcare, digital health, or other regulated industries.
