Sr. Manager, Strategic Program Management

Location: This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Must be based in the USA.

Salary: $121,600 - $160,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead governance processes for strategic programs and initiatives, ensuring active management of milestones, risks, and resource plans.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on program progress, value realization, and risks.
• Lead cross-functional business process improvement initiatives and conduct lean process analysis and mapping.
• Identify and implement enhancements to EPMO tools, processes, and methodologies to increase efficiency and value delivery.
• Serve as primary liaison between hirify.global and MSP leadership, ensuring effective intake, prioritization, and capacity planning.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project and program managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise program/project management experience with an advanced degree, or 12+ years equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Expertise in program governance, portfolio management, and delivery frameworks.
• Proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional technology or transformation programs.
• Experience managing MSP or vendor relationships and performance.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
