Salary: $160,000 – $235,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of new STT and TTS model versions and features, coordinating across Research, Product, DataOps, and Engineering.
• Define and champion lightweight processes to ensure visibility and accountability in researchers’ daily workflows.
• Map dependencies and risks across cross-functional projects, maintaining clear status and ensuring execution.
• Run cross-functional programs from scope definition to launch readiness, including timeline and stakeholder communication.
• Troubleshoot cross-team blockers and build reliable partnerships for smooth handoffs and clear accountability.
• Proactively communicate project health and implications to all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Program Manager, ideally supporting an AI/ML Research organization.
• In-depth working knowledge of machine learning systems (data pipelines, model training, evaluation, and serving).
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream technical programs on time across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to map cross-functional dependencies and technical risk.
• Experience designing lightweight processes that improve execution velocity in research or engineering.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating program health and making data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication in both directions: crisp updates for senior leadership, clear direction for researchers.

• Experience with speech or audio projects, including data collection, labeling, and model evaluation.
