What you will do
- Maintain the current Oracle Fusion application until its deprecation at the end of 2026.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Oracle NetSuite implementation plan, including data migration, integrations, and testing.
- Lead ERP integrations with adjacent enterprise systems such as CRM, HRIS, payroll, and reporting platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for ERP delivery, coordinating with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Drive organizational change management efforts for NetSuite adoption, process standardization, and user engagement.
- Oversee ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and integrations, establishing governance and best practices for ERP operations.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience with Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Fusion, including hands-on configuration or technical oversight.
- Demonstrated experience delivering 3–4 full-cycle ERP implementations or migrations, with at least one NetSuite deployment required.
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, risk management, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, presenting complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through organizational change within dynamic environments.
- Collaborative working style, partnering closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
