hirify.global is seeking a high-potential, early-career professional to join its Cloud Programs & Alliances team, focusing on cloud partnerships, business strategy, and technology sales.

What you will do

  • Serve as a business manager and administrative right-hand to the Director and VP of Partnerships, managing calendars and coordinating across functions.
  • Assist in the execution of Microsoft partnership motions, including co-sell opportunities and campaign alignment.
  • Track and report on partner program participation, incentives, and competencies, supporting planning for joint events.
  • Maintain internal tools and dashboards for partner activities, certifications, and pipeline impact.
  • Support process improvements across partner operations and documentation for key programs like Solution Designations.
  • Collaborate with BDRs to align partner marketing campaigns to outbound motions and manage Salesforce hygiene for partner deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • 0–2 years of professional experience (internships included).
  • Strong project coordination and communication skills.
  • Comfort with data, reporting, and using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Interest in cloud technologies and partnerships (Microsoft experience a plus).
  • Cannot sponsor applicants for work visas.
