What you will do

• Work directly with Technical GTM teams (pre-sales, post-sales, services) to help grow and shape the business.
• Support software and services forecasting, pipeline management, account management, and renewal risk monitoring.
• Bring analytics and problem-solving acumen to drive short and long-term revenue goals.
• Switch between fast, ad hoc analysis and robust, operationalized reporting solutions.
• Identify potential data quality issues in CRM and related systems and flag them for resolution.
• Use historical data and analysis to help guide future strategy decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with data.
• SQL & Salesforce experience.
• Experience in structuring problems, taking initiative, and strong execution.
• Detail-oriented, willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done on time with quality results.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, translating complex data findings into clear insights.
• Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining dashboards (e.g., Tableau/Omni).
• Comfortable working with data independently (retrieval, analysis, visualization).
