Salary: $70,500 - $101,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a suite of reporting for hirify.global’s Go to Market & Finance Leadership teams, establishing new KPIs.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data from Snowflake, combining data from multiple systems.
• Create and manage interactive dashboards using Tableau and Looker.
• Monitor data quality and work with stakeholder teams to build and maintain a culture of data hygiene.
• Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and implementing solutions to improve data usability and accessibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Looker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
